This weekend brings to campus a stress reduction break, the CU vs. Air Force football game, a panel on food waste, game night, and more.

Take a stress reduction break with puppies and snacks while you learn about ways to support friends and get connected to campus resources.

Drop in to this workshop for an opportunity to be led through a powerful guided meditation to undo stress, soothe the nervous system and feel better. Please arrive on time, as there is no lateÌýadmittance.

Head to The Rec for a night of gaming! Video games and board games will be available for play, along with snacks and beverages. Meet new people, test out new games and network with industry professionals.

The No. 19-ranked women's volleyball team will take on Colorado State University.ÌýThe Buffs are led by seniorÌý, fresh off being named the Co-MVP of the Pac-12/Big 10 Challenge. Students get free entry with a valid Buff OneCard.

The Buffs take on Air Force in the third game of the season. Coming off a victory over Nebraska, the Buffs look to up their record to 3-0 on the season against an ever-challenging Falcons offense.
