Work on your cooking skills this week with a free, virtual cook-along! Using ingredients from the Buff Pantry, students will learn how to make a simple meal. This time, vegan refried bean tostadas are on the menu. There will also be an immersion blender giveaway. ​

This event, held in��partnership with Disability Services, will teach you how to incorporate adaptive training into your cardio, strength and stretching routines.��Participants will have the opportunity to work with staff and receive personalized guidance.
